In my quest to try every asian food place in the Midland/Odessa area I went here last night. They weren't too busy and were very friendly. I got the Sweet Bear Bun and the Beijing Noodles with beef sauce and they were both super good. Definitely going to come back again sometime.
Fantastic food and wonderful atmosphere. The whole restaurant is clean, tidy, and the only odor is that of the mouth watering food being prepared in the kitchen.
This is probably my favorite places in Midland. Everything is always hot and fresh, the noodles are so delicious and pleasantly chewy. The beef rolls really surprised me, I thought they would be boring but it's simple and the beef really shines with the onions and cilantro, I recommend trying with the chili oil! I also love that the noodle dishes don't skimp on the protein for not more than $10 a plate. All of their dumplings and buns are delicious too. I hope to see this place thrive 🥰
I ordered our meal online and received a call promptly to let me know what wasnt available. We got the beef roll cake, fresh cucumber, sweet egg buns, popcorn chicken, and the kids stir fried noodles. All of the food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The serving sizes were good, not small. The restaurant looked nice and tidy and it was clean inside. I will happily order food from Chinese Dumpling again.
